Welcome to Our Table, We are so glad you’re here. To us, this isn't just a menu—it’s an invitation into our home and a collection of the moments we’ve loved most. Long before we were crafting spirits, Eric’s ancestors were "botanical alchemists." As pharmacists, they used the precision of distillation only to dispense medicine, but they passed down a much deeper gift: a quiet mastery of foraging and a respect for the hidden potential of the earth. Today, we try to honor that heritage by moving in rhythm with the Central Coast. Because we follow the harvest, these offerings are intentionally fleeting—they evolve with the orchards and the docks to capture the best of what’s peaking right now. The Heritage Orchard Salad

A vibrant harvest of field greens tossed with crisp Paso Robles apples, candied pecans, and the award-winning Central Coast Creamery Big Blu. Finished with tart dried cranberries and a bright, house-emulsified passion fruit vinaigrette.

A pristine blend of yellowtail, fresh ginger, soy sauce, and toasted sesame seeds. Accompanied by intentional sides of house-made kimchi (daikon and shaved cabbage), pickled seaweed, ginger, and stone-ground wasabi. Served with crisp wonton chips.

Pacific Coast Ceviche

Fresh-caught Morro Bay Rock Fish cured in bright lime citrus with Maui onions and bell peppers. Seasoned with hand-harvested sea salt and served with smoky salsa and local tortilla chips.

Pasta Pasolivo

Angel hair pasta tossed in the liquid gold of Pasolivo extra-virgin olive oil, vine-ripened Roma tomatoes, roasted garlic, and fresh basil. Finished with a crown of melted aged Jack cheese.

A rich, oceanic medley of clams, mussels, shrimp, and our fresh "Catch of the Day." Bathed in a velvet white wine cream sauce and infused with a fragrant bouquet of Italian herbs.

Rosemary-Citrus Roasted Chicken

A tender, herb-marinated breast prepared with the same discipline as our stills. Infused with rosemary and lemon, served with a medley of seasonal house vegetables and your choice of artisan greens or sea-salt fries.

Ranch-Direct Prime Top Sirloin

A signature 10-ounce grilled cut from our local cattle ranches, topped with a melting garlic-herb compound butter. Accompanied by seasonal house vegetables and your choice of sea-salt fries or a crisp green salad.

The Distiller’s Smash Burger

A signature certified Black Angus patty, seasoned with precision and smashed to create a perfect crusted edge. Layered with bacon, melted aged cheddar, and thinly sliced jalapeños for a bright, calibrated heat. Finished with our house-made bourbon barbecue sauce – a rich reduction inspired by our own stills. Served on a toasted brioche bun with a side of house garlic rosemary fries.

The 20-Minute Cookie

A decadent, house-baked chocolate chip tradition. This warm, gooey indulgence is made to order and served in its own skillet, topped with a velvety scoop of Leo Leo Vanilla Bean gelato and a rich chocolate drizzle. Please allow our kitchen 20 minutes to prepare this fresh-from-the-oven experience.
