Your Private Barrel Journey

Custom 5-Gallon Barrel: A personalized barrel prominently displayed in the distillery, yielding approximately 20 bottles (at 80 proof) of your custom spirit.

Distiller’s Access: Go behind the scenes with Eric to witness the distillation process and taste the "White Dog" straight from the first run.

Artisanal Control: Define your desired flavor profile and select your specific barrel char to influence the final character of your spirit.

Progressive Tastings: Monitor the evolution of your spirit with three private tastings over 12 months. Share the experience by bringing up to four guests to each session.

Personalized Labelling: Every bottle from your barrel will feature a custom label, marking it aspart of your private collection.
